This spiral-bound booklet is a unique source book of historical alphabet charts drawn from a wide range of historical sources. These range from the first ever known printed alphabet chart from the 16th C to the early 20th C. Nine alphabets in all are featured, including a very attractive Gothic-style one from an American booklet published in 1899.

The booklet contains copious historical information, facsimiles of the original source material and clearly recharted diagrams from which one can stitch the characters easily.
