This design is inspired by a Japanese Haiku - a short concise poem typical of Japanese culture, which captures a fleeting moment of time, often related to changes in seasons, life changes or unexpected occurences.
It measures 128 stitches square - stitched over 2 on 28 count evenweave linen, or over 1 block on 14 count Aida fabric, 9.25 inches square (or c 8 inches on 32 count / 16 count fabrics). Charted for DMC stranded cottons.
